the court which results in a "judgment of Divorce." If
you and your spouse are in agreement regarding child custody,
support, distribution of assets, and ground for divorce,
this process takes less than 4 weeks. Ideally, if you and
your spouse have no differences of opinion regarding assets
and custody, you both sign sets of papers in front of a notary
public and the case and sets of papers are filed immediately.
No court appearance is necessary. It helps if there is a
custody and support order.

for divorce:
